Tabush Group is one of the leading Managed IT & Private Cloud Providers in New York and we are looking to hire a Director of Service Operations to help lead our company through it鈙 next stage of growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing our service team, ensuring that we are able to deliver outstanding experiences to our clients. Some of the responsibilities include:

路 Oversee and manage various teams which make up our technical service department

路 Talent Management: employee & team training, goal setting, recruiting, and professional development

路 Shift scheduling & coverage

路 Budgets, service delivery metrics, and key performance indicators

路 Processes & procedures to ensure quality control and efficiency

路 Operational reporting, facilitating for growth and ever-changing client requirements

More important than just managing our existing operations, we need someone who will use their creativity, experience, and intelligence to help our company grow and ensure our team continues to exceed our clients expectations. This position requires a lot of creativity, execution, and attention to detail on a regular basis.

Minimum five years' experience in a similar or complementary role is required. This is a fast paced director-level position and just as important as experience will be to demonstrate a commitment to passion, care, and excellence in your track record which you can bring to this challenge.
