A company located 20 minutes from Passaic, seeks a polished professional with refined customer service skills to respond to guest inquiries and requests and manage the timely resolution process.
Our Senior Customer Relations Specialist will respond to client needs and requests for assistance, handle VIP accounts, book reservations, train other members of the team, and coordinate special key arrangement activities.
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills; prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment; control challenging clients while remaining calm and provide customer service team coverage as needed. 2-3 years B2B experience preferred.
Days/Hours: Sunday-Thursday 4:30 pm-12:00 am, Legal holiday rotational coverage. Working from home.
