Fast paced Real Estate company in Hackensack NJ looking to hire full charge bookkeeper.
Must be highly organized and personable.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Word, Outlook, and Excel required. Must be able to multitask and be a team player.
Job duties include:
βΆ Verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
βΆ Managing Accrual schedules
βΆ Credit card reconciliation
βΆ Maintain general ledger
Minimum 5 years accounting experience required. Real Estate experience a bonus.
This position reports directly to the CFO and offers great potential for long term career as well as an excellent work environment. Flexibility available.
Fluent in Spanish a big plus.
