Senior Recruitment Manager for Boutique Healthcare Company








Position Summary:


The Senior Recruitment Manager will work with the company鈙 department managers on an ongoing basis to proactively identify future hiring needs. He or she will search for candidates via various sources, such as job boards, social media networks, employee referrals, cold calling, etc. and successfully guide the ones that best fit the company鈙 needs through the recruitment process.





Our ideal recruiter should have a BA/BS in a field such as HR management, marketing, general management, psychology or another related field with some relevant work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates. This individual should be an energetic and professional self-starter with excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who does not take no for an answer, is results oriented and enjoys recruiting top-notch professionals as part of building a business.





Although it would be good to have some experience in the healthcare industry, especially as it relates to speech, occupational and/or physical therapy, it is not a requirement. The company will provide training and education as needed.





Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attract hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.





Primary Responsibilities:


路 Design and implement overall recruiting strategy


路 Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications


路 Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/college career centers, etc. while also sourcing candidates through databases, social media, etc.


路 Develop ongoing relationship with universities and attend open houses and career fairs to provide company information to prospective applicants


路 Screen candidates resumes and job applications


路 Use interviews and other reliable tools/methods to filter candidates and to assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, experience, aptitudes and cultural fit to organization


路 Diligently pursue deep understanding of all aspects of the company and industry


路 Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process


路 Promote the company鈙 reputation and benefits


路 Ensure required screening protocols, reports and/or documentation are completed





Education and Experience


路 Proven success as a recruiter


路 Hands on experience with selection process (phone screen interviews, reference check etc.)


路 Solid ability to schedule and conduct interviews


路 Proficient in Microsoft office with the ability to learn new computer programs quickly


路 BA/BS in HR Management or related field per above
