HC20160408-19034 -- Email Quality Analyst
The College Board, the national educational organization, is conducting a search for an Email Quality Analyst. This position can be based out of the New York, NY office.
The Email Quality Analyst has primary responsibility for assuring that all College Board emails are produced to the highest standard and delivered free of errors. Additionally, the Email Quality Analyst will be responsible for providing analysis and reporting of marketing campaigns and email marketing benchmarks. The Analyst works within the Email Services team to provide quality assurance reviews and input throughout the process including developing, personalizing, targeting, scheduling and launching email campaigns.
This role involves reviewing all College Board email campaigns for content and link accuracy, and personalization. Additionally, the Quality Assurance and Reporting Analyst is responsible for maintaining quality assurance documentation and other resources.
â¢ Partner with the Email Services production team to understand key campaign parameters and inputs
â¢ Ensure all email campaign processes are followed
â¢ Functional email testing to confirm accuracy
â¢ Support production best practices and help ensure efficiency and accuracy of email delivery
â¢ Ensure that emails are properly reviewed to meet brand guidelines
â¢ Provide analysis of large email marketing campaigns and benchmarks
â¢ Bachelorâs Degree
â¢ Minimum 2 + years related experience in email production and quality assurance
â¢ Familiarity with list management
â¢ Experience working with ESP, Epsilon Dream a plus
â¢ Experience presenting clear and meaningful data with conclusion and recommendations
â¢ Experience reviewing both technical and editorial processes for accuracy and overall quality
â¢ Knowledge and experience with quality assurance processes, procedures or techniques
â¢ Certification or documented training in quality assurance processes and procedures is a plus
â¢ Knowledge of best practices in email coding is a plus
