Ladders is looking for a talented, visionary product manager to lead our growth to the next level. As a Product Manager at Ladders, you will be part of a passionate, user-focused team responsible for designing and building products that help grow our community in a meaningful, innovative way. You will be a key contributor to the company's growth strategy, product direction, and overall company success.
Responsibilities of the Product Manager, Growth
o Help define and steward the vision and strategy for the growth of Ladders - traffic, users, engagement and retention
o Rapidly and iteratively test best practices and new ideas to achieve goals
o Define, debate, defend, iterate and communicate your product roadmap with engineering, marketing and the executive leadership team
o Shape vision, strategy and product roadmap, in support of our central mission to improve peopleās careers
o Lead scrum team (PM, UX, Design, Engineering) and be accountable for their velocity and impact, owning key product metrics
Qualifications of the Product Manager, Growth
o Degree in computer science, engineering, math or other related technical field; graduate degree a plus
o 3+ years of product management (web and/or mobile) with increasing responsibility and quantifiable product growth or an increase in growth trajectory as a result
o 2+ years working on SEO, SEM, site optimization and other key performance drivers
o Extensive a/b testing experience
o Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use and clearly communicate hard data and metrics to back up assumptions
o Experience managing and leading a team to meet aggressive goals
