VP, Corporate Development - Nice Systems

Location: Hoboken, NJ and Israel

The VP, Corporate Development will be responsible and accountable for origination and execution of M&A and other non-organic activities such as minority investments and inbound OEM.

Originate non-organic opportunities for the company
Successfully assess new opportunities based on his/her thorough understanding of the business, including markets, technology and competitors; be able to quickly identify attractive opportunities and decline unattractive ones
Successfully execute M&A opportunities
Mange non-organic projects including building business and integration plans, structuring and negotiating deal and contracts, conducting diligence and PMI planning and execution

Location:
Israel and/or NJ/NY

Reporting to:
EVP Marketing & Corporate Development

Responsibilities:
Develop M&A opportunities
Analyze potential acquisitions according to the company's strategy
Manage M&A processes
Manage PMI processes

Requirements:
Significant experience in leading teams to successfully execute all aspects of at least 2 M&A processes
At least 4 years of M&A experience in the High-Tech industry
Deep knowledge and understanding of business, technology and finance
Excellent English
Negotiation skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Previous background in product management an advantage

Education:
MBA an advantage
B.Sc. in engineering an advantage
