To that end, a CFO to take responsibility for ensuring our end product is delivered to our clients timely and accurately. The CFO will manage all day to day operations as it relates to the financial aspect of the business. ¬∑ Extensive background and experience in financial and accounting industry.
¬∑ Licensed CPA a plus
¬∑ Business acumen
¬∑ Experience and knowledge in the Healthcare arena.

¬∑ Ability to systemize and streamline processes
¬∑ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
¬∑ Ensure that all financial and reporting deadlines are met, as well ensuring accuracy of all company issued reports. This includes:
o Monthly financial and budget packages for each individual client
o Audit and Cost Reports- to include both Medicare and Medicaid
o Banking and Covenants Requirements
o Various tax Requirements- corporate, sales and use, real estate etc.
¬∑ Cash Management oversight and communication with individual clients on their cash flow needs.
¬∑ Understand nursing home reimbursement per state and work to ensure all regulations are followed in each facility.
¬∑ Provide the necessary support to all departments, as well as streamlining process and procedures to maximize on productivity.
¬∑ Responsible to ensure a proper budget is in place for each client.
¬∑ Evaluating each client as it relates to profitability and their ability to service their needs.
¬∑ Improving the new client onboarding process from both a cost and efficiency perspective.
¬∑ Creating a mechanism to update and report to the CEO on a regular basis.
