Senior Site Manager

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Senior Site Manager- Must have Super structure experience.

The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations at project sites, keeping the job site clean and orderly, managing site security and documenting daily construction progress. Other responsibilities include project picture logging, maintaining job site safety, reviewing project schedules, preparing monthly pay request, cost/bid estimates, constructability reviews, handling site communications with client and manager, and coordinating subcontractor scheduling. The candidate could also perform skilled building and related safety inspection work in the interpretation and enforcement of structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and related codes and regulations, regulating new building construction, remodeling, repair and use.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
2 + years experience working in construction management, construction/building inspection, enforcing various building and/or planning codes, and/or reviewing plans for compliance with regulations and codes. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge in building and site construction. Computer skills with MS Office Suite are required and an understanding of scheduling software or CM software is recommended. Working knowledge of the OSHA Construction Safety Orders
Ability to interpret plans, worked with Super structures, specs, special provisions, and other documents
Ability to independently identify potential problems propose solutions.
